Account and sign-in

I cannot register, or my email is being rejected

Registration can fail if the email address is already tied to an account, if there is a typo in the address, or if your chosen username is already taken. Double-check the spelling of your email and try a different username. If you think you already have an account under that email, use the password reset flow instead of registering again.

I did not get my account activation email

Activation emails sometimes land in spam or junk, so check there first. Also confirm you typed your email correctly during sign-up. If it still has not arrived after a few minutes, request a new one from the sign-in screen, then post on the forums if nothing comes through.

I forgot my password or my account is locked

Go to the password reset page, enter the email you registered with, and follow the link in the email you receive. If the reset email does not show up, check your spam folder and make sure you used the right address. Too many failed sign-in attempts can temporarily lock an account, so wait a short while and try again.

I registered with the wrong email address

You cannot change the email on an existing account yourself. Post on the forums with the email you used and the email you meant to use, and we will sort it out.


Enrollment and course access

My course is not showing on my dashboard

A few things can cause this. You may not be enrolled yet, the course may not have started, or your browser may be showing an old cached view. Refresh the page, and if you are on the same browser you used to enroll, try a hard refresh or a different browser. Your courses appear on the learner dashboard once enrollment is active.

I am enrolled but I cannot open the course content

Check the course start and end dates. Content is not available before a course opens, and access can change once a course has ended. Some content also unlocks only after you complete an earlier section. If the dates look fine and you still cannot get in, post on the forums.

How does enrollment work

Some courses let you enroll yourself, and some are opened for you by our team or as part of a program. When you enroll, the course appears on your dashboard and you get access to whatever your enrollment includes.
